Q1: Are pets allowed in all types of apartments, and are there any additional charges or restrictions?

A1: Yes, pets are allowed. However, surcharges may apply. Please note that they are not allowed in the swimming pool and in the common areas they must be kept on a leash. Also note that the outdoor spaces for the apartments are not fenced.

Q2: What is included in the fully equipped cooking area?

A2: The cooking area is equipped with cutlery (fork, knife, spoon, little spoon), ladle, cutting boards, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, bread knife, colander, coffee maker (moka),
a pan with a lid, and a cooker.

Q3: Is parking available for all guests, and is it included in the price of the apartment?

A3: Free parking is available for all guests and it is included in the price of the apartment.

Q4: Is WiFi available in all areas of the property, including the apartments and outdoor areas?

A4: Yes, WiFi is available and is accessible throughout the property.

Q5: Is there a restaurant on-site? What are the operating hours?

A5: Yes, there is an on-site restaurant. It is open for lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and for dinner from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.

Q6: Is there a laundry facility available?

A6: Yes, there is a laundry room located next to the reception desk with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryer available. Each wash or dry cycle costs €4.00.

Q7: Can guests request specific bed arrangements in the twin rooms, and is there a possibility to have additional beds?

A7: Bed arrangements are subject to availability. Let us know your preferences and we will do our best to match them.

Q8: Is the pool accessible to all guests, and are there any restrictions or specific pool hours?

A8: Yes, the pool is accessible to all guests. The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Guests need to adhere to the regulations posted at the poolside.

Q9: Is there a cancellation policy, and if so, what are the conditions and terms?

A9: We work with a 30% advance payment that, in case of cancellation, will be refunded until 7 days from arrival. The remaining balance and additional costs can be paid during your stay. Alternatively you can opt for the non-refundable rate that comes with a 10% discount and a prepayment of 100% of the rental costs.

Q10: How can guests choose between ground and first-floor units, and how can they request a sofa bed or specify other preferences?

A10: Guests can choose between ground and first-floor units and specify if they need a sofa bed when booking. You can also contact us by phone or email for any other special requirements.
